IT Audit Manager

Position Overview:

Currently we are in need of a full time IT Audit Engagement Manager living in the Boston area and very willing to travel.  Qualifed candidates have a minimum of 8 years of audit experience (minimum 3 years IT Audit) and 1 year of SOX compliance work.  Candidates should have experience managing engagements and leading teams, as well as hands on experience with internal audit processes including documentation, testing, and remediation.  Knowledge of and experience working within COSO/CobIT frameworks.

 

Job Requirements Internal or external audit experience in a public accounting firm, preferably Big 4 Well-rounded IT Audit backgroundSarbanes Oxley hands-on experience Knowledge of ERP systems preferredUnderstanding of multiple systemsStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-oriented attitude.  Exceptional demonstration of leadership abilitiesREGIONAL travel up to 70%, possibility of some national and international travel as neededCISA, CIA or other certification strongly preferred.

 

Educational Background

BA/BS in accounting or related field, MBA preferred but not required
