ITS Manager Miami

Job Description -- This position involves assistance with a variety of tax issues for multinational corporate clients, including tax planning, restructuring, researching and writing memorandum, tax compliance and income tax provisions. This position involves advising US and foreign-based multinational companies on the US and foreign tax implications of their international operations. You will have the opportunity to work with public and private clients and prospective clients, and you will assume a high degree of responsibility and expsoure within the firm.

BA/BS in Accounting required.
CPA/MST/JD/LLM strongly preferred.

Job Requirement Essential

*5 - 7 years public accounting tax experience; solid tax technical and compliance background is required.
*International tax experience required, preferably within a professional services firm; international industry experience will be considered, coupled with a previous public accounting tax background.
*Successful candidate will have tax research and consulting experience with either inboud or outbound international tax issues.
*Must possess the ability to manage, develop and retain a team of tax professionals and aggressively market services to existing andprospective clients.
*Individual must be client servie oriented and possess creative problem solving skills; strong oral and written communication skills also required.
