Implementation Associate, Sr- NY

Job Summary   Manage and coordinate the installation of new International cash management products to ensure delivery is within timeframes as specified by the client, and that expectations of the client and JPMorgan Chase are fully met.  This individual works closely with the Client, the Sales organization, the In-country Product Sales Specialists and the Client Services organization to enhance the satisfaction of our clients through timely and accurate implementations.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

?  Act as a central point of contact for client, coordinating with required JPMorgan Chase partners (i.e., legal, product, ops, technology, risk, sales) to ensure delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon timeframes, with full accountability for end to end process

?Conduct interviews with clients to ensure systems and products are clearly defined as requested by the client

?Prepare and distribute work plan outlining product implementation timeline and client deliverables, if requested by client

?Maintain a current portfolio of client implementations, monitoring requests to ensure aged items are escalated on a timely basis

?Serve as a point of escalation on behalf of the client to ensure timely issue resolution

?Provide verbal and written status updates to clients and business partners

?Work with vendors when applicable for third party services

?Meet and/or exceed scorecard objectives, including client satisfaction survey scores

?Adhere to all JPMorgan Chase and Departmental policies and procedures

?Provide feedback and advice on modifications of International Treasury Services products for internal projects as requested

?Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities

?Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of International cash management products, processes and technologies

?Provide support to team colleagues as required

?Some travel required



Requirements

 
Time management and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in various desktop and internet based applications
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Cash management and treasury services experience/knowledge preferred
Experience in International business/treasury services a plus
Project management skills preferred
Operations, customer service and sales experience a plus
Certifications a plus(Certified Treasury Professional, Project Management Institute, ACH)
