Inside Sales Representative - PPC 516

This is an INSIDE sales opportunity

Associate Outbound Account Rep - Primary Responsibilities:

 

~Responsible for selling to existing PPC customers and new prospects. 

~Meet or exceed assigned quota by selling PPC products.

~Place outgoing sales calls and enter customer orders and contact information.

~Send appropriate confirmation letter to customers.

~Review existing customer accounts and present to customers new products and/or services.

~Maintain thorough knowledge of production schedule, product and shipping prices.

~Ensure an accurate and timely process for maintaining customer account information and closing pricing transactions.

~Continuously work with management to refine sales strategy to optimize efficiency and results.

~Maintain accurate and timely customer information with Sales Operations, Customer Service and Technical Support groups.

~Actively contribute to both overall Sales Department and Company objectives.

~Learn and thoroughly understand PPC products and services.

~Understand how PPC products are used in the Accounting, Tax, and Finance industry to better present and sell PPC products to meet the customers' needs. 

~Actively update the sales database with all customer calls and profile activities. 
Qualifications:Bachelors degree, preferably in tax, accounting, or marketing OR 2 years equivalent successful work experience in a directly related market. Intermediate knowledge of PCs, Windows, Microsoft Office, Networks, and the Internet. Highly motivated and competitive. Ability to learn new products and services quickly. Outgoing and positive attitude. Tax and Accounting background preferred   Ability to talk over the phone for extended periods of time. Ability to utilize effective selling skills. Must be detail oriented, organized and efficient.
