Internal Audit Analyst

Position Responsibilities:
 
Reviews routine business processes and identifies risks and key control requirements. Generally performs under close supervision. Develops clear and concise written recommendations that may require some editing. Is able to present routine recommendations, but requires support in resolving conflict. Is an effective and contributing team member and establishes cooperative and positive working relationships. Completes special projects as required.
 
Required Skills and Experience: 1 - 3 years public or internal auditing work experience or 2-4 years related work experienceBS in Accounting, Finance, at least a 3.0/4.0 overall GPA or equivalentDemonstrated effective leadership and interpersonal skills; excel in a team environmentDemonstrated creative and innovative solutions to strategic business issuesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel 10 - 35% (domestically) Proficiency in PC skills (preferably with the Microsoft Office suite of products)

Desired Skills and Experience: MBA, CPA or CIA a plus
