Areas of responsibilities include; but are not limited to: Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404Identifying control and operational deficiencies and providing sound remediation solutionsDevelop effective internal audit plans and communicate clearly with managementExecute internal audits and risk assessments focusing on business controls, processes, and systemsProvide consistent, high quality, consulting and project management solutions to clientsPresent oral and written presentations to senior management during and at the conclusion of each internal audit
Qualified professionals should have:
BS or MBA in the appropriate field.Credentials such as: CIA, CPA, CISA, CISSPMinimum 7+ years experienceBig 4 experience a plusA passion for exceptional client service

Proven leadership, strong initiative, high energy, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
