Internal Audit Manager

Internal Audit Manager Description: The Internal Auditor Manager is responsible for acting as the audit team leader in the planning, fieldwork, and reporting requirements for the audits of the Company's profit centers. Additionally, the individual is expected to oversee the supervision and training of new staff members, to coordinate scheduling of audits, and to assist in the preparation of quarterly reports for the Audit Committee. You may also be called upon to assist with due diligence on new acquisitions, or to assist Corporate Finance on special projects. Diligently pursue the educational goals outlined and discussed above.

The Internal Audit position is designed as a 2-3 year training program that prepares an individual for a career in an area of operations within the Company. This position involves an average of 50% travel time while in the program, with additional required travel a possibility. You will be expected to transfer into an area of operations within the Company by the end of the 2nd or 3rd year of the program, preferably in the capacity of a sales producer, marketing manager, or accounting manager.

In addition to the annual salary, there is an educational bonus plan while in the program. The educational bonus plan is comprised of the pursuit of various industry designations and licenses, which are detailed and agreed upon prior to employment.
