Due to our continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Audit Manager at our Tiney Park Corporate Headquarters.

The Internal Audit Manager will ensure that operating and financial controls and procedures are in effect that protect the Corporation?s assets from inefficiency, waste and fraud; assure that the books and records are accurately stated; increase the efficiency and effectiveness of operations; and maintain a standard of zero tolerance for improprieties and unethical behavior.

Specific areas of focus include:

- Audit of International Operations
- Audit of US Manufacturing Divisions
- Corporate Functional Audits
- External Audit Support
- Special Projects
- General Risk Management/Control

Specific responsibilities include:

- Maintain the charter for Audit Committees and Internal Audit department
- Respond to Audit Committee requests for information on a timely basis
- Determine how risks will be assessed
- Leverage systems and databases in automating internal controls and testing;
- Perform risk assessments (enterprise-wide and entity/process-specific) and evaluate the adequacy of internal controls to mitigate those risks on a regularly defined basis
- Prepare and execute audit plans based on risk assessments
- Test and report to management on the effectiveness of the existing control activities and make recommendations for process improvements and control remediation
- Identify best practices that standardize processes and increase efficiencies and spread them throughout the company
- Ensure that internal audit, through collaborative interaction with management, leads the process of continuous improvement of the control environmentREQUIREMENTS- Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (certified information systems auditor) or CMA (certified management accountant) preferred. MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive internal audit experience required.
