Manager of Internal Audit

Job Description:Design and implement Internal Audit programs, procedures, and methodologies Oversee the Internal Audit function Create and implement workpaper templates Supervise multiple Internal Audits and Projects Design and implement Internal Control procedures Insure high level Internal Controls Interact with all levels of management Prepare and present Internal Audit findings and proposed resolutions Coordinate with the External Auditors and various regulatory agencies

Job Requirements

 8 to10 years experience, with 1 to 2 as an Audit Manager Highly motivated self-starter, who works well in an unstructured environment Extensive background in auditing large organizations Managed Care and Health Insurance industry experience Claims Processing experience Knowledge of state and federal regulations for the Managed Care/Health Insurance industry Knowledge and experience with Sarbanes-Oxley audit requirements Knowledge of MAS 200 accounting software, Hyperion Essbase, SAS, and ACL audit software desirable Occasional, local travel to other Delaware Valley branches
