Internal Audit Services Manager

Job Description -- Our Internal Audit Services practice is seeking individuals at the Manager level to join our growing practice to serve our premier clients in the Consumer and Industrial Products industry. Internal Audit Services offers an opportunity for you to broaden your business skills in a rewarding and challenging environment. IAS focuses on ongoing operations to provide management with an independent assessment of business risk, internal controls, and the efficiency/adequacy of business processes. As an Internal Auditor Services provider, you will work closely with our clients and PwC management at all levels in developing audit findings and recommendations regarding business process optimization, profit improvement, internal control and compliance. Assignments will be with large, high-profile companies with exposure to a wide variety of challenges and learning opportunities. You will lead and support each client relationship as the team leader supervising staff. The ideal candidate will assume overall responsibility for a team of professionals on engagements providing comprehensive Internal Audit Strategic Sourcing including Outsourcing and Co-sourcing as well as Comprehensive Consulting to our clients in the Energy Industry. He/she will be expected to take a consultant's approach to the business processes of a client's operation utilizing state of the art risk assessment analytical tools (COSO and ORCA) and practice methodologies. Management responsibilities include annual business and operational risk assessments, audit plans, individual and group planning, review and analyses of financial and operational information, special procedures, testing business processes, and the issuance and presentation of management reports. In addition, the individual will be expected to: identify market segments and target clients, work closely with industry teams to build the business and sell the IAS concepts, generate and track leads, lead and participate in key presentations, build and develop an exceptional team within IAS firm in order to grow the business. Overall Deliverables: business process & operational reviews, risk consulting and reporting on financial and non-financial information, assistance to management on operations, develop and maintain strong client relationships, project management, implementation of new processes, standards and risk controls, recruit/retain/train and develop staff, billable/chargeable hours, revenue generation/expanded services to solve client's complex business problems to position PwC as the premier "consultant of choice."

Job Requirement Essential

Consumer and Industrial Products industry experience required (5+ years preferred)
Strong track record in internal audit essential.
Big 4 experience a plus.
Knowledge and experience of Sarbox 404 desirable.

Strong oral and written communication skills; Commitment to exceptional client service; Creative problem solving ability and a consultancy mind set; Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity and positive approach; Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management

Ability to travel 50% on an annual basis
