We are currently looking for Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley and professionals with the following qualifications:

?7+ years of industry experience working for medium to large companies with hands-on exposure to policy, procedural and internal control review, assessment and documentation experience.
?Prior experience should include the evaluation and documentation of internal controls, risk assessment and the ability to prepare and execute audit programs, lead testing phases and implement internal audit tools.
?Ability to plan, organize and execute an internal audit program the measures, evaluates, and identifies needed enhancements in managerial, operational, financial and information management controls to protect assets, prevent fraud and maximize operational efficiency.
?CPA, Big 4 Background and/or CIA/CISA designation is preferred.
?Strong interpersonal and project management skills needed.
?Travel may be required
