We are seeking an Internal Auditor to join our recently formed Internal Audit Department. The primary mission of this new position will be to ensure our compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act as well as support traditional internal audit functions.



The successful candidate must be a team player, have strong organizational, communication and computer skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Public accounting and/or internal audit experience in a publicly held company are preferred, as well as demonstrated success in:

- Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance;

- Process improvement;

- Controls compliance;

- Other operational audits;

- Identifying cost savings opportunities;

- Facilitating external auditing processes.



Qualified candidates will possess:

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting

-2 years'+ related experience; of which 1+ years' + experience is in Public Accounting and/or corporate internal audit capacity

-Strong MS Word, Excel, and Access (MS Office) skills
