Internal Auditors, (3 Roles: Reading-PA, Cleveland-OH, Richmond-KY)

Summary:

 

Perform audit examinations at assigned locations under the direction of the Sr. Director Internal Audit and other audit department personnel which support and enforce SOX and comply with corporate policy, laws and regulations.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

 Perform audit examinations.Work to develop accounting controls that are effective in promoting efficiency and protecting the assets of the company.Ensure financial statements and reports comply with corporate policy, laws and regulations.Support SOX 404 operational compliance.Develop and write comprehensive reports outlining findings and providing analysis and recommendations for improvement. Support local management with suggestions for improvements in areas audited or observed.

 Ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization.Ability to work with various functional groups to develop new processes changes that ensure appropriate controls are in place.Ability to create and deliver presentations to mid and upper level management.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

 Education and/or Experience

 BS degree in accounting, finance or related field with 1-3 years public accounting experience in auditing.Manufacturing experience preferred.

 Language Skills

 Fluency in English required.Fluency in other languages a plus.

 Computer Skills

 Knowledge of Hyperion and other accounting systems a plus.Competency with standard Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) required.

 

 

TRAVEL REQUIRED:

 Travel anticipated 30%-40% of the time.Occasional travel overseas may be required.
