Internal Control Analyst II

USANA is seeking an Internal Control Analyst II to assist management in activities related to compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and the corporate governance process. Responsibilities include assisting with periodic risk assessments, documenting all aspects of internal control, implementing controls that have been designed, summarizing internal control issues, and assisting with projects to remediate internal control deficiencies. In addition the Internal Control Analyst II will participate in activities related to the annual SOX 404 audit.
Successful Candidates will have a Bachelor?s degree in accounting; Master?s degree and/or CPA/CIA certification is preferred. A successful Candidate will also possess three to five years of experience in accounting, internal control, or auditing functions. Candidates must have the ability to apply standard control objectives and financial statement assertions to the Company?s financial statements and have a working knowledge of GAAP, SOX, COSO, CobiT, Oracle ERP, Open Pages, and MS Suite. Experience with USANA?s Order Entry System is preferred.
