Due to rapid expansion and growth over the past few years, aQuantive, Inc. has experienced increased complexity in its business processes and related internal control environment. The Internal Controls Analyst is vital to the Company?s efforts to remain compliant and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, increase operating effectiveness, and drive standardization of processes across all business units.

 Responsible for coordinating updates to Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 documentation for business processes both in Seattle and other aQuantive locations. Responsible for coordinating testing of key controls for all business processes. Ensuring compliance with other Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Coordinating with outside auditors on Sarbanes-Oxley audit procedures. Help to identify and draft solutions to business and financial processes to ensure compliance with all aspects of Sarbanes-Oxley. Involvement in due diligence and integration related activities as it relates to Sarbanes-Oxley. Help to drive standardization of processes across all business units. Complete special projects, as required.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree, with emphasis in accounting, required. CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in public accounting required. Experience with a publicly traded company preferred. Experience with implementation and/or maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements required. Background in control assessment and auditing techniques. Demonstrated advanced understanding of business processes, internal risk management. Experience using Oracle Financials preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word software applications required. Ability to work in a team environment, to lead and affect process change and improvements. Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to communicate effectively, and to interact professionally, with all levels of the organization required.
