Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced IHR Professional to administer various international assignment programs.? The successful candidate will have?3-5 years of
experience in International HR and International Assignment Compensation and Payroll.? The IHR ?practice is comprised of professionals who perform International Human Resources and Expatriate Payroll/Compensation for client's international assignment programs including: assignment letters, assignment cost analysis, expatriate orientations, coordination of relocation, immigration and cultural training, securing totalization agreements, provide taxable payment reporting, tax gross-ups, invoice processing and calculation of expatriate balance sheets.? You will work with IHR and Tax professionals to assist with these services with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll / Compensation Accumulation / Accounts Payable, Processing & Review
- Vendor coordination
- Key contact for international assignees and business / HR managers
- Key contact for client's payroll and accountable payable departments
- Key contact for client's foreign offices

- Key contact to liaise with Deloitte?Global Employment Services?tax offices
- Tax equalization tracking
- Utilization of assignment tracking and compensation system, tax tracking system, and Deloitte Online Portal

Education/Background:
A Bachelor Degree is required in Human Resources, International Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.?
A Master's Degree in related fields is a plus.

Skills Required:
??????????3-5 yrs experience in payroll/compensation, international tax, international human resources, or financial field is a plus
????????? Working knowledge
of MS Office Applications
????????? Solid analytical aptitude and problem solving skills
????????? Leadership skills
????????? Ability to work in a complex deadline oriented environment
????????? Ability to multi-task various client responsibilities
