Due to growth we currently have an opportunity in the Philadelphia PA area (Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462) for an experienced International Tax Manager or Sr. Manager.

For U.S. companies doing business internationally, we offer the following planning services:

? Transfer pricing studies under Section 482
? Structuring offshore financing affiliates so as to minimize the U.S. tax base
? The use of foreign sales corporations for exporters of U.S. produced goods
? Structuring offshore business operations, including the formation of necessary entities
? Asset protection planning utilizing offshore entities

Essential Job Functions Include:
? Develop and maintain top-tier client relationships
? Serve as a key resource in implementing our market penetration strategy for prospects
? Assist with international business development activities and presentations
? Understand and keep current on tax ramifications for countries in all hemispheres
? Work directly with our most complex US-based global clients
? Coordinate all deliverables such as tax returns, tax planning and research, etc. for assigned engagements including technical reviewREQUIREMENTSRequirements:
? Must have Bachelor?s degree and current CPA certification
? Minimum of 5 years experience in International Tax Management
? Relevant CPA firm experience or a combination of international corporate taxation and public accounting experience.
? Extensive experience in worldwide income tax provision (FAS 109).
? Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and International tax disclosure issues.
? Excellent tax research, communications and organizational skills
