International Tax Senior

Job Description:
Position Responsibilities: Works under the general supervision of the International Tax Manager. Performs research and planning in the following areas of international taxation: U.S and foreign country taxation of foreign entities cross border transactions, and U.S. and foreign country taxation of certain international transactions. Reviews compliance activities performed by the International Tax Intern.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
. Preparation of U.S. international tax compliance including Form 1118 and related 861 allocations and Form 5471 information returns for foreign subsidiaries.
. Manage the in/out licensing withholding compliance requirements.
. Provide support and planning for U.S. and foreign income tax examinations.
. Assist in providing support for customs valuation reporting.
. Assist in the review of foreign entity tax provision calculations and local tax return filings.. Review and provide management with updates regarding U.S. and foreign income tax rulings and case law as it relates to the international operations of Hasbro.
. Research and review individual foreign country tax law and changes with an aim to decrease local country tax liabilities.

Experience/Skills:
- Five years diversified corporate tax experience with a major CPA firm or equivalent industry experience.
- Education: B.S. in accounting, M.S.T. and/or C.P.A. a plus.
