2 international tax individuals needed with multi-billion dollar organization

 

Ideal candidate will have the following

 

International Tax Senior

4-5 years experience in international taxation

Big 4 or other public firm preferred

CPA not necessary, but desirable

Thorough knowledge of tax compliance regulations, such as 5471 and 8865

Exposure to US reporting of foreign operations

Pay expected to be $71K base with 15% bonus and chance for stock/profit sharing

Tax Planning Manager

9-10 years tax planning experience

Experience with tax structuring, research, and writing memos

Thorough knowledge of all tax realms, including Federal, State, and International

CPA required

Advance degree preferred

Pay expected to be $101K with 20% bonus and chance for stock/profit sharing
