Job Overview:

Oversee replenishment and basics programs for online women’s fashion retailer

 

Core Responsibilities: Create, maintain, and execute merchandise plans and forecasts Submit purchase orders to vendors Control receipt flow Manage replenishment programs for all vendors to maximize sales and minimize out of stocks Adjust forecasts, orders, deliveries as needed based on trend

Other Responsibilities:Interact with buyers and other departments to achieve departmental goals Maintain necessary data within corporate systems Provide analysis and ad hoc information on assigned product performance



Minimum RequirementsCollege degree preferred 2-3 years Merchandise Planning Experience Strong numerical and analytical aptitude Proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment Detail oriented Team player Proactive attitude
