Invoice Auditor/Analyst

Granite Telecommunications is a rapidly growing nationwide provider of telecommunications services.  We currently have (1) open position for Invoice Auditor/Analyst to support our rapidly expanding wire and cable services business.

 

We are looking for an energetic, organized individual to be part of our corporate team.  This is a full charge, hands on position.  Job responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

 

- Responsible for auditing, disputing and tracking vendor invoices against contracts and pricing schedules;

 

- Must be detail oriented, flexible and able to multi-task;

 

- Focused approach to meeting deadlines;

 

- Strong organization skills, particularly as it relates to managing large amounts of data;

 

- Strong communication skills for interaction with management and external vendors;

 

- Comfortable in working in a very fast paced environment;

 

- Team player, able to work well with others across other departments;

 

- Two year college degree or related courses in accounting/finance;

 

 

These positions will report to the I/W Audit Supervisor.  Must be proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.  Access skills a plus. 2 ? 3 years experience in a finance role preferred.
