JD Edwards Support Manager

Provide support for JD Edwards financial system using both World and OneWorld for a multi-business, public company, primarily engaged in the real estate business. This position includes the following:

- Provide user training for current staff and new hires on the JD Edwards modules including General Ledger, FASTR, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Job Cost, Contract Management, and Property Management;

- Act as liaison between accounting and IS departments.

- Provide on-going system support for accounting and financial users, acting as a *help desk* with any JD Edwards problems or questions that may arise;

- Coordinate changes to existing modules or the set up of new modules;

- Maintain security of the JD Edwards system and conduct an in depth security review twice a year;

- Review system needs and make recommendations related to structure and customization for specific users;

- Assist users in ad hoc reporting;


Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years experience implementing and/or supporting JD Edwards
* BS Degree
* Accounting knowledge and experience
* Strong interpersonal skills helpful
