JOB DUTIES:

Prepares budgets and reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings.  The reporting formats are determined by management to a comply with internal and external goals and regulations.  Supervises Finance's interaction with auditors and regulating agencies.  Supervises in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.  Responsible for assisting with budgeting process and monthy financial reports.

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE:

General Ledger experience, at least two (2) years, advanced spreadsheet skills, formulating with FASB/GAAP requirements.  FAS or PrintStream experience a plus.

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:

Four (4) year Accounting degree, CPA or post graduate degree in Accounting preferred.  Two to Six (2-6)years experience in an accounting management position.
