The JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT responsibilities include: accounts payable, preparing daily bank deposits; using Peachtree software to journalize retail accounting activity; reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies using Excel spreadsheets; purchase office supplies and forms; assist with physical inventories and participate in dealer events.

 

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, automated accounting software experience, Microsoft Word and Excel skills, 10-key by touch and an aptitude to learn dealership's proprietary software.
