Position Summary:


 


 Ower Financial Services department is seeking a dynamic individual to work with our team of Staff Accountants dealing with accounting for our Home Owner Association/s for various resorts and/or communities we own or manage. 

Assist with the preparation of Home Owner Association financial statements.
Help complete designated association bank reconciliation’s.
Reconcile accounts receivable reports from AS400 and the TSW system.
Create and post journal entries to MAS90.
Assist with reconciling balance sheet accounts, bank reconciliation’s and supporting backup on a monthly basis.
Special projects as assigned.


 


Minimum Qualification:


 


·  High School diploma required, Bachelors degree is a plus.


·  Minimum of one-year accounting/bookkeeping related experience.


·  Must be computer literate with strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.


·  Knowledge of AS400 is helpful.


·  Must be able to reconcile bank accounts and handle multiple duties.


·  Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and a team player.
