Jr. Financial Analyst (4802)
Job Description:
Prepare and/or analyze documentation relating to the funding, staffing, invoicing and reporting on assigned projects. Documents to be prepared and/or analyzed include: Purchase Requests, Vendor Selection Forms, Invoices to the government, Timesheet reports, Project Burn Rates, Contract Modification Requests, Monthly Progress Reports, Accounting Forms, and Position Descriptions. These reports are done on a recurring, monthly basis. Assist the Project Manager in preparing rapid responses to ad hoc queries for project financial, contractual and personnel information. Maintain the Project Files for assigned projects. Conduct coordination necessary with Project manager and component shared services staff.
Skills Required: Excellent Microsoft office skills needed. Ability to multi-task and respond quickly to changing requirements.
Desired Skills: Experience with contractor project burn rates and projections.
Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent and 1-3 years of related experience.
