Junior Accountant

Mortgage Banking Systems (www.proclose.com) is an established mortgage software company looking for a junior accountant to handle our day-to-day financial responsibilities.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree
2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles
3. 1-3 years experience
4. Proficiency in QuickBooks a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily A/P and A/R responsibilities
2. Submit semi-monthly payroll
3. Generate monthly invoices
4. Prepare monthly close packages, including bank reconciliation, financial statements and analysis; and present to CEO
