Labor Management Analyst

The Labor Management Analyst will assist with Store Labor Budgets and Forecast utilizing Hyperion Planning Software. As Hoc Financial Analysis as requested. Answer Operations questions regarding store labor budgets/forecasts, Timera Labor Scheduling System, etc. Assist with labor standards projects as assigned. Travel to store locations as needed. 10-20% travel, some overnight. Some weekend work.

 

Required Skills/Knowledge: 

 

BA/BS Degree in Business or Industrial Engineering or relevant experience. PC Knowledge (MS Office: Excel and Word).  Excellent Communication and Analytical skills. Retail Industry experience. Detail Oriented/Ability to Multi-task.

 

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

 Knowledge of Budgeting/Forecasting Theories and Systems. Knowledge of Essbase/Hyperion Planning. Knowledge of Timera Labor Scheduling System.
