Provides direction for analytics to support the profitability of existing card members.? Collaborates and negotiates using facts and data in the spirit of producing the best results.?Works to drive change in business methods and creates breakthroughs for future franchise growth by providing data driven strategies.? Actively builds relationships and participates in ongoing dialogue/process at all levels of the organization. This involves listening and valuing others' points of view, being open to differing concerns and opinions and through this, reaching agreement on the most effective end results / decisions balanced with the view towards growing the business profitability and responsibility.? Analyze performance of acquisition marketing programs and business initiatives. Identify need for, develop and validate statistical models. Ensure analysis drives appropriate marketing investment decisions and marketing plan activities. Forecast P&L and create business justifications. Forecasting includes creation of key indicator curves and indices. Drive strategy and make recommendations through the use of data analysis and segmentation methodologies and implement recommendations.? Represent the analytic knowledge base for all quantitative aspects related to portfolio management. Candidate will understand the key profitability drivers and measures of success, make pricing recommendations and perform ad-hoc analytical request while keeping a close eye on existing program results. Conduct variance analysis of forecast vs. actual performance and use up-to-date real data to enable continual updates for enhancing and maintaining P&L model assumptions, tools and techniques so that the predictive models closely mirror expected performance.





Bachelor's Degree in Related Discipline, Master's Preferred.

5+ years banking experience with hands on P&L creation and forecasting knowledge, thorough understanding P&L's including key levers and drivers.? P&L forecasting experience with EVA or NPV knowledge a plus. Experience in developing and validating statistical?models. Experience with statistical segmentation techniques.? Experience in project management, and in people management or mentoring.
