Lead Billing Administrator

Responsible for monthly invoicing of Consulting activities/expenses for all customers in a region, including customer billings generated by the activity of SAP consultants, 3rd party vendors, and inter-company resources. Works with the regional Operations Support Analyst(s), Accounts Receivable contacts, Customer Engagement managers, and other field representatives in order to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing. Contributes to the development of the billing function and takes a lead role in resolving regional billing issues.
Process time and expense customer billings for SAP consultants, 3rd party vendors, and resources from other SAP subsidiaries. Ensure invoices reflect contracted billing terms. Create and maintain sales orders and related master data, and ensure that customer documentation requirements for invoicing are met. Work with SAP Consulting Operations to resolve billing issues. Work with accounts receivable to reconcile customer receivables, and process all credits in a timely manner. Support the region financial analyst with reporting and analysis for region management. Your Background includes: 3-5 years of experience Degree in finance, business, or accounting preferred; Billing, accounting, or general administrative expence; Client server software applications experience; MS Excel & Word; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Ability to interact successfully with various levels of the organization.
