Lease Accountant

Responsibilities:


Assist in the month and year end close of the shared services lease administration accounts

Preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts and preparations of original and rolling plans

Analysis of variances of plan

Up to 50% of time to be spent on review of landlord billings for Common Area Maintenance expenses

Special projects as assigned



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and analytical skills

Working knowledge of Lotus 1-2-3 or Excel

Basic accounting skills

Great attention to detail and able to work independently
