 Tax Accountant - Fortune 500 company.  Position requires a minimum of two years? experience in federal and state income tax preparation and research. Primary responsibilities include planning and preparing US federal and state income tax and franchise returns, including extensions and estimates, and reviewing IRS/state correspondence and providing responses. Internal Auditor - Industry leaders looking to add an outstanding auditor to their team. Ensuring clear concise communication, execution and delivery of objectives as well as ensure appropriate follow-up and closure for audit engagements.  Conduct risk based operational, compliance and financial audits to evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of internal controls, compliance with policy and regulations. Prepare and present written and oral reports of findings and recommendations to management. Evaluate processes for appropriate controls and operational efficiency. Assistant Controller - This individual will report to the Corporate Controller and assist in insuring the accurate and timely preparation of SEC reporting in accordance to U.S. GAAP.  Our client is looking for a seasoned professional that can prepare financial statements and the related footnote disclosure with experience in SEC filings. Accounting Services Professional - Large, Regional CPA firm with multiple offices throughout South Florida.  Our client has one of the best work environments and ethical standards around.  They perform accounting services for clients in the real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, financial institutions, import/export and entertainment industries.  The firm is extremely employee friendly and they highly compensate their team.  Corporate Accountant - Large dynamic company and one of the industry leaders.Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely reporting of monthly financial statements, perform reporting functions including reports to the Board of Directors, work with the Assistant Controller on filings/requirements and other financial reports and projects, prepare schedules for analysis and budgets including P&L and assist and maintain professional relationship with other key members of the organization.  Senior Tax Manager/Principal - Responsible for the delivery of a full range of tax services for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities include interacting closely with clients to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise; developing and managing staff; working closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development and business development activities; and formulating and delivering innovative tax planning and tax savings strategies. The Senior Tax Manager will be on partner track with 24 months. Manager of Control Assurance - One of the largest building and construction companies in the US with annual revenues greater than $3Billion.  The progressive audit team carries out a comprehensive program of risk assessment, control evaluation, business process audits, IT & application system reviews, investigations and special projects.  Assurance works closely with business management to assure that internal controls are effective in achieving the company's objectives. External Auditor - Top 20 CPA firm with more than 70 employees in their offices is looking for auditors at all levels who want a nice work-life balance.  Clients include publicly-traded organizations and very large privately-held companies.  55 hours a week during busy season and 45 hours a week during off season.  Enormous growth mobility. IT Manager - Provides consulting advice and risk assessments associated with computer systems, IT components and Information Security. Manages resources and projects evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of IT deployment, accuracy of information, and compliance with standards. Manages resources and projects associated with testing of existence and adherence to proper controls and procedures.  Coordinates and communicates IT gap findings with senior management.
