Job Responsibilities:Accounting and analysis support for all M&A and proposed M&A activityStrong responsibility in the SOX compliance of the groupAct as a liaison to managers across the globeSupport the world wide close and consolidation groupsSupport World Wide Corporate Accounting Manager with assistance regarding to GAAP compliance issuesPrimary responsibility in providing development of accounting processes

 

Job Requirements:7 years minimum in a fast paced corporate accounting environment CPA or CMA strongly preferredStrong M&A accounting experience is a must. Those without it will not be consideredStrong SOX and GAAP complianceExcellent problem solving abilitySuperior communication and teamwork skillsStrong leadership skillsInternational experience is highly desirableTop notch research ability
