FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER - GAMING MANUFACTURING

Assist the Director of Financial  Reporting in the preparation of financial statements, footnotes and MD&A for Form 10-K, 10-Q and other SEC filings.

 

Preparation of monthly consolidation of all subsidiary financial information.

 

Preparation of key financial metrics for inclusion in financial reporting and forecasting including weighted average shares outstanding, including dilutive impact of stock options, convertible debt impacts, etc., stock based compensation calculations, quarterly financial data, EBITDA, etc.

 

Preparation of financial statement footnotes including operating segments, stock based compensation expense, equity incentive plans, earnings per share, income taxes, etc.

 

Organize and maintain supporting documentation including obtaining signatures, etc. for all public filings.

 

Organize and obtain all due diligence requirements related to financial reporting requirements for external service providers (eg comfort letters, etc.)

 

Collect and analyze subsidiary data used to prepare consolidated financial statements, including elimination activity.

 

Assist Director of Financial Reporting and Vice President of Accounting with other ad hoc accounting projects.

Salary/Pay Rate: UP TO 75K
