MANAGER OF AUDIT

Santa Barbara company seeks a MANAGER OF AUDIT to do the following:

-Assist the Director of Internal Audit in completing Board of Director approved audit projects

-Assist in the development of new auditing tools using CSA and ACL

-Assist in moving the Internal Audit Department from a compliance focus to cost recovery, cost reduction,

value added focus

Qualifications:

--2 to 4 years internal auditing experience in a manufacturing or?distribution company

--Must have knowledge of internal auditing practices

--Must work independently and with minimal direction

--Ability to manage multiple audit projects

--Excellent presentation, communications, creative problem-solving and customer service skills

--Experience with ACL Audit desirable

--CSA and/or cost accounting experience a plus

--Must be PC literate, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

--30-40% travel required

--Foreign language a plus
