Manager of Financial Reporting  (Job #858M)

 

Responsibilities

 Oversee compliance of Sarbanes Oxley requirementsAssist in SEC & GAAP compliancePreparation of SEC filings

 

This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate. Manager of Financial Reporting will be challanged with adhering to the newer compliance issues associated with Sarbanes Oxley.  This is a new position with the company and as it evolves there will be greater opportunities for professional growth with KeyTronicEMS.

 

Qualifications

 

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of a BA/BS in Accounting & currently be CPA certified. Must have 4 to 6 years experience in public accounting with SEC clients or internal SEC reporting for a public company.  Prefer candidate with direct experience in maintaining Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
