MDU/Retail Acct Exec

MAJOR DUTIES:
Responsible for implementing programs and strategies for both MDU activity and retail which will maximize our market share and subsequent telecommunications product/service penetration.

Research and identify all new and existing MDU properties.

Coordinate with builders, developers, property owners and management companies to strategically position Comcast as the preferred broadband communications provider.

Gather site plans and prints for design and constructions.

Secure owner approval and design.

Negotiate competitive residential telecommunications agreements based on market conditions, competition, and established strategic, financial, legal and operational criteria.

Work with system management team to alter contracts as necessary.

Prepare ROI's and/or payback analysis for approval prior to proposals being submitted to prospective properties.

Prepare proposals and contracts in accordance with Comcast guidelines and directives from management.

Upon activation, ensure proper handoff to Sales and Billing.

Provide reports as requested by management.

Implement retention and renewal plans to ensure long term contracts.

Identify, monitor and report competitors, especially with respect to MDU pricing and proposals and retail offers.

Develop and maintain relationships with retail regional and store management of indirect account base.

Training retail stores management and sales personnel on Comcast Online service.

Implementation and communication of current retail marketing programs and promotions.

Other duties as assigned.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree and/or the recognized equivalent in work experience or self-study.

EXPERIENCE: Skills in contract negotiations and 2-3 years in business-to-business selling. Candidate must have strong understanding and knowledge of data technology, sales engineering, account planning, consultative selling, financial analysis and planning and well rounded selling skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, excel and Cabledata helpful.
