MGR FINCL ANALYSIS/PLANNING

Responsibilities Coordinate the Respiratory Division annual budget process for income statement, capital spending and cash flow, ensuring all internal and external deadlines and targets are met.
Consolidate annual budget and strategic plan financial presentations.
Coordinate and consolidate monthly forecast process for the Respiratory division income statement and capital spending, including financial reporting and commentary.
Develop detailed annual budget and monthly forecast for Quality/Regulatory and Division Administration functions. Analyze and manage actual results versus budget and forecast.
Consolidate and prepare presentation quality financial data for group Controller and Senior Management.
Review and analyze capital spending proposals.
Perform special projects as necessary, including analysis of business development and licensing opportunities, R&D projects and Operational Excellence projects.
Develop and maintain Essbase reporting templates and hierarchies.
Identify and implement changes to standardize and streamline financial reporting and consolidation processes among 3 business units, manufacturing operations and shared functions.
Coordinate and prepare responses to corporate requests for financial data.
May perform some account analysis and preparation of ledger entries


Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications
B.S., B.A. finance or accounting, M.B.A or CPA preferred.
Minimum eight years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience.
Strong team player with leadership experience.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with all functional areas and levels of management.
Excellent financial analysis skills and strong knowledge of GAAP.
Must have strong PC skills, with advanced Excel expertise.
Knowledge of Essbase, JDE and Cognos preferred.
