This dynamic national gas company is seeking a Partnership Tax Specialist who will be involved in the start-up of a Master Limited Partnership. This position will require experience working with a Big 4 firm in creation of an MLP and the understanding of tax ramifications of such partnership.

This individual must have strong background in MLP's: K-1 production, preparation of partnership returns, a clear understanding of the taxable income "shields" and the ability to run models reflecting profitability. Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions is a plus. This position with report to the CFO of the partnership.

Requirements: 6 to 10 years experience in Tax and Master Limited Partnerships required, a CPA and/or an MBA would be a plus.
