MRT Analyst - Dex

Job Description: Position open on a team of analysts responsible for acting as the business side liaison with IT.  Responsible for providing day-to-day support of systems for Billing, Payments, AR, Credit and Collections functions for Dex customer profile including problem resolution and implementation of change requests.  Responsible for analyzing user processes and recommending, defining, requesting, testing, documenting and identifying impacts for proposed system changes. Responsible for developing queries/reports through the use of a SQL based query tool and MS Office applications.  Work with vendor interfaces impacting credit, billing, payment processing and collection processes. 

 

Qualifications:

The successful experienced candidate:

(1) BS/BA in Accounting or other technical business discipline or equivalent work experience

(2) Will have 2 - 5 years experience with a combination of accounting and business system analysis and/or project management

(3) Will be a problem solver with a strong attention to detail

(4) Will have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of users and management

(5) Will be able to work with tight deadlines and high pressure in a very dynamic environment.
