Job Description:

The Tax Accountant will be one of the lead providers of proactive tax planning and compliance services for a diverse group of clients in one or more industries. The Tax Accountant, depending on experience level, will manage or supervise all phases of client engagements for commercial, not for profit and government clients from our Cincinnati or Middletown office; may have primary client responsibility and, in some cases, may be assigned to manage a department. He/she may be called upon to deliver presentations and to write articles and to provide leadership, supervision, training and performance feedback to Senior and Staff level Accountants.

Required Experience:

? Bachelor?s in Accounting or Finance; post graduate degrees preferred

? A CPA certification is required for all Manager level positions

? Minimum 3-5 yrs of progressive experience in tax consulting and preparation

? Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience managing tax field work projects, for Manager level positions

? Previous experience in a public accounting or professional services organization

? Strong organizational, client service and computer skills required
