Management Analyst - Macromedia Flash experience

Job Description: DESCRIPTION: Will be supporting strategic Expeditionary Logistics into the 21st Century (eLog21) Change Management efforts, which is a major transformational effort taking place within the USAF Logistics from a systems, process, and personnel perspective. It will be affecting over 400 systems and possibly up to 150,000 persons. May be working with AF, DoD, and OSD personnel ensuring integration across the AF to best mitigate risk for the significant eLog21 transformation.

Will be developing and possibly facilitating training materials. Macromedia Flash is the software of use for developing web-based training materials.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 0-4 years of experience.

Experienced in performing/developing:
- Training Materials.

Application skills needed:
- Macromedia Flash (minimum).
- Microsoft office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

Fundamental skills include:
- Creates a constructive/productive environment for team.
- Proactive in identifying problems and solutions. Need to be a strong analytical problem solver.
- Ability to quickly pick up new skills, think on their feet.
- Good writing skills.

Must have bachelor degree (minimum).

Must be local to Washington D.C.

PREFERENCES/NICE TO HAVE:
Industry experience in the following is a plus:
- Aerospace, DoD, Air Force.

Experience in the following is a plus:
- Facilitating training and developing training materials, other Change Management activities.

Knowlegde with any of the following COTS type applications is a plus:
- Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP], Advanced Planning and Scheduling [APS], Supplier Relationship Management [SRM], and Customer Relationship Management [CRM].

Having a graduate degree is a plus.
