Summary of Position:

Provide specialized administrative support to head of the department and department managers.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

? Maintain calendar
? Monitor all incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls and requests
? Schedule meetings, file expense reports, order office supplies
? Organize and maintain filing system and databases
? Coordinate department catering needs and events
? Provide back-up support to managers
? Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports
? Assist with various projects when needed
? Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature

Background, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required at Minimum:

? Minimum 4 years administrative experience
? Proficient in Word, Excel, FileMaker Pro and Meeting Maker
? Flexible nature with ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow-through
? Able to work in all levels of the organization
? Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
? Attention to detail and quality control a must
? Must be customer service oriented
? Experience in producing presentation materials using powerpoint, Keynote, or other presentation software
