* The candidate will be a senior member of a development team focused on building a networking device aimed at offering converged VPN solutions. The responsibilities of the candidate include:
o Design and development of software subsystems.
o Working closely with the India based team in product development.
o On-time delivery of high quality software subsystems.

1) 5-8 years strong C or C++ programming experience.
2) Experience with use of XML, XSLT, ... for device management as well as intra-device data exchange.
3) SNMP agent and MIB definition (CIM, MOF knowledge highly desirable).
4) Expertise in device and network management software architecture, design and development.
5) Background in IP networking including IPSec VPNs highly desirable.
6) Experience of having gone through at least one full product development cycle highly desirable.
7) Strong team player.
8) MS/M Tech./Phd Computer Science/Electrical Engineering.
