mlb associates is a provider of  business operations support for the leading Property / Casualty provider in the US and is accepting applications for the position of Associative Field Representatives (4) throughout the Southern California area.

 

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE


Our employees will provide operations support services as field representatives for our client?s customers. Field Representatives visit client customers to review various records so as to determine the  exposures used to adjust the insurance  policy premium, in accordance with State regulatory requirements.  Position requires driving each day to customer?s locations to perform reviews. Position will require some overnight travel.
 

Preference to candidates with prior premium audit experience

RESPONSIBILITIESOur employees will conduct records review, complete assignments timely and assist customers with setting up records.Activities include reviewing payroll, sales and other general ledger accounts to determine the basis for premium calculation.Depending on the size of the assignment, this normally involves meeting with 3-4 different accounts per day.These are contract and state required audits and no selling is involved.

 

REQUIREMENTGraduate of an accredited college or university with a degree in accounting, business or finance. Prefer two years of post graduate business experience

 

QUALIFICATIONSEffective written and oral communication skills.Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office applications.Excellent time management skills.Clean driving record required.

Candidates that qualify for this position will be placed in a DYNAMIC 2 YEAR PROGRAM with extensive education and field training.  This program includes an aggressive compensation package and goals.
