Your strong organizational skills will help you establish plans of action for each engagement and delegate assignments appropriately. You will work with senior managers to review, correct and ensure proper completion of engagements while adhering to all accounting standards. You will also utilize your analytical skills and judgement to quickly identify problem areas in engagements and proactively resolve them. We will count on you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while accurately and efficiently meeting deadlines. Your strong communication skills will help you to facilitate teamwork among associates, senior associates, managers, senior managers, partners and clients. Bring 5 to 7 years of recent public accounting experience, along with your Bachelor?s degree in accounting and CPA license (or CPA eligibility) and we?ll provide the other tools needed for you to succeed.
