Manager Financial Planning - (L-3ComEastCB22201)

Position Responsibilities:

Complies and analyses financial information for management review.
Prepares income and balance sheet statements, profit and loss statements, consolidated statements and other accounting statements and reports.
Recommends improvements to financial analysis process.
Responsible for interface with corporate relative to financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and special studies.
Will manage 4 financial analyst.
Manage Division capital planning and expenditure process and indirect rate process including interface with DCAA and other government agencies on forward pricing rate submissions.

Minimum Experience/ Educational Qualifications:

8-10 years related experience and 4-5 years supervisory experience.
BS required in Finance or business related field.
Experience in a financial reporting and analysis.
Strong computer and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills - both written and oral.
Knowledge and experience with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and compliance.

Desirable Experience/ Education Qualifications/Comments:

MS desired
Knowledge of Government /project accounting.
