Analogic Corporation is a leader in medical and security technologies.? Headquartered in Peabody, Massachusetts, we seek to add a qualified?Manager of Financial Reporting?to?our?accounting staff.?

Responsibilities:

Research, review and understand new accounting pronouncements from the FASB, the SEC and other regulatory bodies and provide technical consultations and recommendations to management and others in the finance/accounting group regarding practical implementation.

Prepare all external reports for the Company's reports on Form 10-Q and Form 10-K, and other required regulatory filings. Prepare and coordinate review procedures with external auditors and lawyers for the financial statement presentation.? Assist with compilation and review of quarterly press releases.

Manage the process for the administration, analysis and revenue recognition of complex customer contracts.

Requirements:


CPA with Bachelor?s degree in accounting
6 yrs experience with a Big Four public accounting firm

Extensive experience in the implementation and handling of complex accounting matters

Strong communication competence, both written and oral, including proofreading and editing capabilities.
