Manager, Information Systems Audit

 

This position manages and conducts reviews of the Bank's internal Information Systems (IS) computer networks, electronic commerce activities, information security and disaster recovery policies.  Provides timely information to management on information systems operations to assist them in attaining their goals and objectives. Completes oral and written presentations to management during and at the conclusion of an audit, discussing deficiencies, recommending corrective action, and suggesting improvements in internal controls.  Coordinates the work of external auditors that assist the Bank in the performance of various information systems reviews.  Assists internal Bank departments in evaluating software and other information systems controls. Maintains updated knowledge of rules, regulations, standards, and technologies in the fields of internal audit, computer applications and software. 

 

This position requires knowledge at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and 6 to 8 years of related IS auditing experience.  Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), System Security Certified Practitioner or comparable designation related to Information Systems required.  Proficiency in use of personal computer and comprehensive knowledge of microcomputer software are also required. Candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management as well as effective oral and written communication skills.
