Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. (TABS), a leading manufacturer and distributor of office product solutions, has an exciting opportunity available for a Manager, Internal Audit to join our Corporate Services Division headquartered in Irvine.
You will be responsible for managing, planning, and controlling proactive operational optimization for TABS and its business units as well as the development, installation and administration of TABS? overall auditing function which includes the review of accounting, financial and other operations by measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of company controls.
Minimum qualifications include:
? successful working knowledge of large scale auditing projects
? hands-on experience within a multi-divisional high tech, fast paced environment
? strong leadership and negotiation skills
? solid critical thinking, problem solving and facilitation skills
? ability to convey analytical finding via comprehensive and persuasive business presentations and proposals
? ability to travel extensively (domestic)
Requirements include a Bachelors Degree or equivalent. CPA/CIA preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in an auditing role developing, implementing and maintaining auditing and/or optimization programs to ensure optimal effectiveness, wherein 5 of those years were held in a management capacity within the auditing function and/or operational optimization. Extensive travel is required.
